A little about my job:

I oversee all of the legal and risk management affairs for Princess.

What item is in your suitcase that you couldn’t travel without?

Too many shoes. I don’t know what comes over me when I pack, but it comes over my daughter too.

What’s your most treasured travel souvenir?

I love to cook, so I always try to bring back food or drink ingredients so I can recreate the tastes and smells of my trips. From St. Petersburg, of course it was vodka and caviar.

What’s the most memorable dish you’ve eaten during your travels?

In San Gimignano, Italy, about an hour outside of Livorno, my son, daughter and I took a private cooking class in a castle. We made a four course lunch, including a number of types of handmade pasta, which we had never tried to make before. We sat outside in the warm summer breeze under a shaded trellis and enjoyed our meal. It was divine.

What’s your travel motto?

It’s the same as my life philosophy: “later is now.” You never know when you’ll be able to return to a place or get a second chance to see something.

Where haven’t you been that’s on your travel bucket list?

Israel and Egypt.
