A little about my job:

When I began in 1983, we were a three ship company, and I covered much of the mid-Atlantic region. Today, I handle eastern Pennsylvania where I work with many travel agents who I’ve known for 32 years. Of course, we work to develop sales for the destinations Princess sails, but my greatest passion and success has been Alaska. I’ve taught many of my agent partners to love and sell the Great Land, which is very rewarding for us both. I have the most fun doing Alaska presentations to agents and their clients. Most of my fall is spent doing Alaska nights where I have the opportunity share my enthusiasm and knowledge with potential clients, helping to make their Alaska dreams come true.

Raw littleneck clams that were so fresh from the fish market in Athens. And, a baguette sandwich from a Paris street vendor. It was very simple and didn’t look like much but the complexity of flavors was incredible.
