A copy of my passport and emergency contacts.

2.

What’s your most treasured travel souvenir?

I try to always buy one item that will remind me of the place. If I have to pick one, it would be the Faberge replica of the Coronation Egg that we bought in St. Petersburg, Russia. We have it displayed in our curio cabinet and it looks pretty real.

Beijing.

Just returned from Alaska cruise and have to buy the pillow top mattress pad that was on our bed. We both thought it was the best sleep ever. So comfortable. Can we possibly purchase this.

    Thanks, Mike

      Hi Mike,

We are so happy that you were able to sleep comfortably during your cruise! The company that we get our 2 inch Memory Foam Pillow-top mattress pads from is Matermoll. Their website is: http://www.matermoll.com/eng/matermoll.html

Hi Francisco! My husband and I will soon be embarking on the Emerald Princess Baltic Cruise (on my birthday in July!). We cruised once before with this ship (Valentine’s Day, 2010) with 8 other traveling companions, and although we all had a fabulous vacation, my husband and I and one other couple did have one complaint that I have come across in several blogs and was hoping you might be able to give us some assistance with. We all found the mattresses to be very hard and uncomfortable, and since some of us have back issues (I have had three (!) hip replacements), we would very much appreciate knowing whether or not we have any options for another type mattress, ideally something similar to a memory foam mattress. Thank you in advance for your help with this matter, as a good night’s sleep in between all of those ports-of-call is a necessity for ensuring a pleasant voyage.

      Hi Nancy,

Happy birthday! We look forward to welcoming you onboard the Emerald Princess.

We are happy to hear that overall you enjoyed your 2010 cruise vacation. We apologize that you and your friends found your mattresses to be uncomfortable. You are able to request an egg crate mattress topper prior to sailing through our Reservations Department at 1-800-Princess. We value your feedback and we will be sure to share your comments with the appropriate department.

Francisco, I wanted to book air travel from Sydney to Athens 10 days ago to join our ship in Athens on Nov 15th. I was told by your Sydney office Princess can only book Economy Class seats. They could not help with Premium Economy, Business or First First Class. I find this unbelievable. Can you confirm this is correct? If so why?

    • Francisco says... May 11, 2011 | 4:50pm

      Hello Mr. Benson,
I’ve sent an inquiry to the Sydney office and will get back to you as soon as they respond to me.
      Thank you

    • Francisco says... May 12, 2011 | 4:48pm

      Mr. Benson,
I got a response from our Sydney office and they promised me that someone will be contacting you soon.
