A little about my job:
I’m blessed to have a diverse and interesting job within the Hotel department. My role is to direct & guide the onboard customer service, revenue, administrative and logistics operations to ensure we provide a memorable experience for all of our passengers and make them feel special. With the support of our dedicated teams onboard and ashore, we aim to exceed passenger expectation and be “The Consummate Host.”
What item is in your suitcase that you couldn’t travel without?
A good book and my cell phone.

An 18th century Russian Orthodox icon on wood, from Tallinn, Estonia.
What’s the most memorable dish you’ve eaten during your travels?
Poisson Cru with Tuna Tartar in Bora Bora –Tahiti.
