My Mariage Freres tea pot.

What’s your most treasured travel souvenir?

A 24-piece glassware set I bought in the early 90s on Nevsky Prospect, the famous main street of St. Petersburg, Russia. The set was hand cut at the Imperial factory in St Petersburg.

What’s the most memorable dish you’ve eaten during your travels?

Snake in Vietnam.

What’s your travel motto?

Expect nothing and you’ll never be disappointed.

Venice for carnival.
